Je sollicite de nouveau un peu d'aide pour deux phrases à traduire :

Meanwhile, a Tunisian military court had sentenced Mr Saadi in his absence to 20 years’ imprisonment for membership of a ... organisation and “incitement to ...”. Claiming that he risked suffering torture and other violations of his fundamental rights if returned, Mr Saadi appealed to the European Court to prevent his deportation.
Voici mes traductions :
Pendant ce temps, un tribunal militaire tunisien a condamné Mr Saadi dans son absence à 20 ans d’emprisonnement pour adhésion à une organisation ... et « incitation à ... ».
Affirmant qu’il risqué de souffrir de torture et autres violation de ses droits fondamentaux si il y retournait, Mr Saadi a fait appel au tribunal européen pour empêcher sa déportation.

Bonjour,
Pendant ce temps, un tribunal militaire tunisien a condamné par défaut Mr Saadi à 20 ans d’emprisonnement pour adhésion à une organisation ... et « incitation à ... ».
Affirmant qu’il risquait d'être victime de torture et autres violations de ses droits fondamentaux s'il retournait dans son pays, Mr Saadi a fait appel près la Cour Européenne pour empêcher son extradition/expulsion.

Pendant ce temps, un tribunal militaire tunisien a condamné Mr Saadi dans son absence(je vous propose cette traduction car elle n'est pas évidente: "par contumace") à 20 ans d’emprisonnement pour adhésion à une organisation ... et ("pour") « incitation à ... ».
Affirmant qu’il risqué(attention au temps utilisé! pourquoi un participe passé ici?) de souffrir(ou "subir des..") de torture(mieux au pluriel...) et("d'") autres violation(pluriel!) de ses droits fondamentaux si il(vous devez contracter, ici.) y retournait, Mr Saadi a fait appel au tribunal européen pour empêcher sa déportation.
L'ensemble était plutôt correct, malgré quelques erreurs "lourdes".
