Correction/election in the UK

Bonjour à tous,
Je suis étudiante, je dois passer un oral d'anglais et j'aimerais qu'on corrige ce texte s'il vous plait, c'est urgent.
voici le texte:
This article was published in "the guardian" on fifteen march 2010, and entitled: "tories up tree in guardian / ICM poll as Labour fightback stalls".
Indeed, this article shows voting intentions for the general election in the UK for 2010.
While the Labour party reigns in the House of Communs for thirteen years, why is it declining?

In addition, the first hostilities make already the title of the Brish government.
The battle focuses on the two major parties, which have shared power since 1940.
Both sides have seen greats leaders like Margaret Thatcher for the conservatives and Tony Blair for the Labour.
Since 1997, the labour party reigns in the House of communs.

However, this constancy is in doubt for the population, but also, by the members of the party who don't see any more in Brown the leader necessary for a victory.

An advance which revives the shadow of governance Thatcher remained eleven years in power.
Futhermore, since the end of Second World War, the UK currently knows, the longest recession.
Indeed, election happen in a recession, bringing economic and social problems, which put a strain on plans for government actions.
Also, the UK has the poverty rate the highest in Western Europe.
Indeed, risinf food and fuel cost, a fall in house prices and a tax move by Brown, increase the number of poor.

Revoyez les temps utilisés avec depuis (for et since): le present perfect !

Salut, juste une suggestion suite à cette erreur de frappe : Indeed, risinf food
Sur mozilla firefox tu peux installer un dictionnaire d'anglais britannique (ou américain bien sûr) qui souligne les fautes (tu as peut-être déjà cette option avec un dictionnaire français).
Ça permet d'éviter les fautes de frappes et surtout ça nous corrige quand on a l'habitude de mal écrire certains mots.
