Pourriez-vous me confirmer si ceci est correct ? j'ai un doute sur la dernière phrase...
Plant received a stud-welding machine to carry out works during the new lines implementation.
Do you know where this equipment is ? In case, may I ask you to forward this E-mail to whom would be concerned ?

Your plant received a stud-welding machine to carry out works during the implementation of the new lines. (si vous faites un nom composé, lines ne peut pas rester au pluriel)
Do you know where this equipment is ? If you do,(in that case)(if so), may I ask you to forward this E-mail to whom it may concern ? (to the person in charge)
If you do, could you please forward this E-mail to whom it may concern ? pour éviter les deux may.
