Il ne s'agit pas vraiment d'un équivalent de "n'est-ce pas" . Le tag est très employé et prend des formes très variées.
Si la phrase à laquelle il s'ajoute est affirmative il comporte une négation (interro-négation); si elle est négative il n'en comporte pas.
Je suppose que le site doit proposer une "leçon" plus détaillée.

Attention aux pièges

1- He could have made an effort, ...
2- They will come,...
3- He has not arrived yet,...
4- She heard nothing,...
5- Let's go to the mountains,...
6- That coat hanging here is not yours,...
8- Everybody is ready,...
9- There will be a lot of snow,...
10- I am a fool,...

3- He has not arrived yet, hasn't he ?

5- He is American, isn't he ?
6- That coat hanging here is not yours, isn't it ?

pfffffffff mon livre de grammaire ouvert mes réponses se trouvent être identiques à celles de Marie , pas la peine de les poster, je ne vois pas les pièges

Je confirme car ton exo très intéressant m'avais fait douter et je suis allée moi aussi vérifier sur deux grammaires, mais j'ai peut-être besoin de nouvelles lunettes ?

Je vais donc corriger les phrases 3 et 6:

En fait, à force de faire les exercices machinalement, on ne fait plus attention à ce que l'on écrit.
